Welcome to Techlo Inno. These Terms & Conditions apply when you use our website or hire us for our services. By contacting us or using our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Who We Are
Techlo Inno provides digital services including web design, digital marketing, branding, social media management, SEO, and paid advertising (Google & Meta Ads).
2. Our Services – What You Need to Know
a. General
When you hire us, we will send you a separate project proposal or agreement. That document will spell out the specific scope, timeline, and price for your project. These general terms apply to all projects unless we agree otherwise in writing.
b. What We Need From You
For us to do our job, you need to:
- Provide us with necessary content (text, images, logos, etc.) on time
- Give us access to your existing accounts (hosting, domain, social media, ad accounts) when needed
- Respond to our questions and requests within reasonable time
If you delay us, your project timeline may be extended.
c. What We Need From You
- We will complete work as described in your project proposal
- We will communicate professionally and respond within 1–2 business days
- We will keep any login information or business data you share with us confidential
3. Payments
a. Quotes and Invoices
- All prices are quoted in the currency stated in your proposal
- We will send you an invoice before starting work or according to a payment schedule
- Prices do not include taxes, which may be added where required by law
b. Payment Methods
We accept payments through PayFast and other licensed payment processors. You do not need to share card details directly with us.
c. Late Payments
If payment is late:
- We may pause work on your project
- We may charge a late fee where allowed by law
- You are still responsible for full payment of work already completed
d. Refunds
Please see our separate Refund & Service Policy for details. In short – for digital services that have already been delivered or performed, refunds may not be available. We will always try to resolve issues fairly.
4. Your Responsibilities
When you hire us, you agree that:
- You own or have permission to use any content (images, text, etc.) you provide to us
- Your business or website complies with all applicable laws
- You will not ask us to do anything illegal, deceptive, or harmful
- You are responsible for your own customers, products, and legal compliance
We are not responsible for any legal issues arising from your business practices, products, or content.
5. Intellectual Property
a. What We Create
Once you pay us in full for a specific deliverable (like a website design or a logo), the final work belongs to you. We may keep a copy for our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
b. What We Create
- We own any code, templates, or tools we built before your project or develop separately
- We own our internal processes and methodologies
c. Third-Party Materials
If your project uses third-party things (like stock photos, premium plugins, font licenses, etc.), those are subject to their own licenses. We will let you know if any additional purchases or licenses are needed.
6. Cancellation and Termination
a. You Cancel
You may cancel a project at any time by notifying us in writing. You will be billed for work already completed up to that point, plus any non-refundable third-party costs we have already incurred.
b. We Cancel
We may cancel a project if:
- You do not pay according to our agreement
- You repeatedly fail to provide necessary materials or responses
- You ask us to do something illegal or unethical
If we cancel due to your breach, no refund will be issued for work already done.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law:
- Our total liability to you for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 6 months
- We are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or indirect damages
- We do not guarantee that our work will lead to specific business results (like sales, leads, or search rankings)
Digital marketing and SEO involve many factors outside our control. We will do our best work, but results vary.
8. No Warranty
Our services are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee that websites will be error-free or available 100% of the time (hosting issues, internet outages, etc. happen). We will fix genuine bugs in our work, but we are not responsible for problems caused by third-party software, hosting providers, or your own changes.
9. Changes to This Policy
If we change this policy, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top. For significant changes, we may also post a notice on our website or contact active clients directly.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be handled in courts located in Faisalabad, Pakistan
This complies with State Bank of Pakistan regulations for payment service providers.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms occasionally. If changes are significant, we will notify active clients by email. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the new terms.
