This policy explains how we handle refunds, cancellations, and service delivery. We try to be fair and straightforward. Please read this carefully before hiring us.

- No refunds for work already completed – if we did the work, you pay for it
- Deposits are generally non-refundable – they reserve your spot and cover initial work
- Unsatisfied with work? – Tell us. We will fix reasonable issues for free
- Monthly services (retainers) – Cancel anytime with 30 days written notice
- One-time projects – Cancellation fees apply based on work completed
1. Types of Services We Offer
a. One-Time Projects
- Website design and development
- Logo and branding packages
- SEO audits and setup
- One-time ad campaign setup
b. Ongoing / Monthly Services (Retainers)
These include things like:
- Social media management
- Monthly SEO packages
- Google & Meta Ads management
- CRM (GHL) Account Support
2. Refund Policy for One-Time Projects
a. Before Work Starts
If you pay a deposit and then cancel before we have done any work:
- You may receive a refund minus any payment processing fees (usually 2-3%)
- We cannot refund processing fees because the payment company keeps them
b. After Work Has Started
Once we begin work, deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel partway through:
- You will be billed for work already completed at our standard hourly rate
- If your deposit covers that amount, no further refund is due
- If your deposit is less than work completed, you will owe the difference
c. After Work Is Completed
Once we deliver the final work to you and you confirm acceptance:
- No refunds will be issued
- If you find issues or bugs, we will fix them under our service guarantee (see below)

3. Refund Policy for Ongoing / Monthly Services
a. First Month
Many of our monthly services require a first month upfront. This is non-refundable once the month has started.
b. Canceling a Monthly Service
- Send written notice (email is fine) at least 30 days before you want to cancel
- You will not be refunded for the current month if you cancel mid-month
- Example: Cancel on June 15th – you still pay for all of June, July is not billed
c. If We Are Underperforming
If you feel we are not delivering what was promised:
- Tell us in writing with specific concerns
- We will try to fix the issue within 14 days
- If we cannot resolve it, you may cancel with 15 days notice instead of 30

4. Service Delivery Policy
a. What "Delivered" Means
A project is considered “delivered” when:
- Website projects: We provide login access and confirm the site is live or ready for your review
- Design projects: We send final files (JPEG, PNG, PSD, AI, etc.) via email or drive link
- Marketing campaigns: Ads are live and tracking is set up
- Reports: We email the report to you
b. Delivery Timeframes
- Estimated timelines are provided in your project proposal
- Timelines are estimates, not guarantees
- Delays caused by you (late feedback, missing content, etc.) extend the timeline
- We are not responsible for delays caused by third parties (hosting companies, domain registrars, etc.)
c. What If You Don't Respond?
If you go silent for more than 30 days:
- We will consider the project paused
- After another 30 days (60 days total silence), we may close the project
- Deposits are forfeited, and you will be billed for work completed
- To restart, a new deposit may be required
5. Our Service Guarantee (What We Fix for Free)
a. We Fix Our Mistakes
If something we built stops working due to an error in our work:
- We will fix it for free within a reasonable time
- This applies for 30 days after project completion (or longer for maintenance clients)
b. We Do NOT Fix For Free
- Problems caused by you (you edited code, changed settings, etc.)
- Problems caused by third parties (hosting outages, plugin updates, browser changes, etc.)
- New features or changes of mind (those are new work, billable)

6. Disputes and Chargebacks
a. Please Talk to Us First
If you are unhappy with our work, please contact us before filing a dispute with your bank or payment provider. Most issues can be resolved with a conversation.
b. Chargebacks
If you file a chargeback without first trying to resolve the issue with us:
- We will provide all evidence of work completed to PayFast and your bank
- We may suspend all active services immediately
- You may be liable for additional fees charged by our payment processor
- We may refuse future service
We are reasonable people. Just talk to us.

We built this policy to be fair to both you and us. We are not a big corporation trying to trick you. If something genuinely goes wrong on our end, we will make it right. If you simply change your mind after we have done the work, please understand that our time and expertise have value.
