Web Development

Custom web development that loads fast and sells

Most agency websites are a page builder wearing a costume: 90 plugins, a megabyte of unused CSS, and a four-second load that quietly costs a fifth of your traffic. We build the other kind — hand-coded where it matters, measured against Core Web Vitals before it ships.

Starting from

Marketing sites typically land between $3.5k and $12k depending on page count and integrations.

What you get

Everything in scope, listed

No line item here is an upsell later. If something isn't on this list, we'll tell you before we start, not after.

  1. 01

    Architecture and wireframes

Sitemap, URL structure and page templates agreed before a pixel is designed.

  2. 02

    Custom front-end build

    Next.js, React or a hand-built WordPress theme — no page-builder bloat.

  3. 03

    CMS your team can use

Editable content blocks with guard rails, so nobody can break the layout.

  4. 04

    Core Web Vitals pass

LCP under 2.5s, CLS under 0.1, verified on throttled mobile before launch.

  5. 05

    Technical SEO groundwork

One H1 per page, written meta, canonicals, schema, XML sitemap, alt text.

  6. 06

    Analytics and event tracking

GA4 via GTM with conversion events wired to the actions that matter.

  7. 07

    30 days of post-launch support

Bugs, tweaks and training included — not billed as a change request.

How we work on this

Three things we do differently

01

Structure before surface

We map every page, every URL and every conversion path first. Design decisions get easier when the skeleton is already right, and it stops the redesign that quietly breaks your search rankings.

02

Build for the crawler and the human

Semantic markup, one H1, real meta descriptions and structured data go in as the pages are built — not bolted on by a plugin afterwards. Google reads the same page your visitor does.

03

Measured, then shipped

Every build is tested on throttled mobile against Lighthouse before it goes live. If it doesn't hit the numbers, it isn't done.

Before you ask

Questions we get on every call

If yours isn't here, the FAQs page covers more — or just ask us directly.

Do we own the code?

Yes, entirely. The repository is transferred to your organisation at launch, with no licence, retainer or hosting lock-in. If you part ways with us, the site keeps working.

Can you rebuild our existing site without losing rankings?

That's the normal case. We map every existing URL, preserve the ones with traffic, and put 301 redirects on the rest before launch. We also snapshot Search Console beforehand so we can prove the migration held.

WordPress or Next.js — which do we need?

If your team publishes several times a week and needs full editorial control, WordPress with a hand-built theme. If speed and search performance are the priority and content changes monthly, Next.js. We'll tell you which one your situation calls for, including when it's the cheaper one.

What happens after launch?

Thirty days of support is included. After that most clients move to a care plan for hosting, updates, backups and monitoring, but it isn't a condition of the build.
