UI/UX Design

Interface design that removes friction, not just decoration

Good design isn't the part that looks nice in a case study. It's the reason a visitor finds the thing they came for in four seconds instead of abandoning at fourteen. We work from the friction outward: where people hesitate, what they're looking for, what the interface is asking of them.

Starting from
$2,400 per project
Typical timeline
2–4 weeks for a marketing site, longer for product
Engagement
Project, no retainer

A marketing-site design system runs $2.4k–$6k. Product UI is scoped per screen count.

What you get

Everything in scope, listed

No line item here is an upsell later. If something isn't on this list, we'll tell you before we start, not after.

  1. 01

    Discovery and user flows

Who's arriving, what they came to do, and where the current flow loses them.

  2. 02

    Wireframes

Low-fidelity structure signed off before any visual design, so revisions are cheap.

  3. 03

    High-fidelity UI

Every screen and state designed in Figma, mobile and desktop.

  4. 04

    Design system

Tokens, components and usage rules so the interface stays consistent as it grows.

  5. 05

    Interactive prototype

A clickable Figma prototype for stakeholder review and user testing.

  6. 06

    Accessibility pass

WCAG 2.1 AA contrast, focus states, touch targets and screen-reader order.

  7. 07

    Developer handoff

Annotated specs, exported assets and a walkthrough with whoever builds it.

How we work on this

Three things we do differently

01

Find the friction first

Before redesigning anything we look at analytics, session recordings and, where budget allows, five user interviews. Redesigning without that is just changing which problems you have.

02

Design the system, not the screens

We build a token and component system so the twentieth page costs a fraction of the first, and the interface doesn't fragment as your team adds to it.

03

Test before it's expensive

Prototypes get in front of real users while changes still cost hours instead of sprints.

Before you ask

Questions we get on every call

If yours isn't here, the FAQs page covers more — or just ask us directly.

Can you design without building?

Yes. Plenty of clients bring us in for design and hand off to their own engineering team. The handoff pack is built for exactly that.

How many revision rounds are included?

Two structured rounds at each stage — wireframe and high-fidelity. In practice, agreeing the wireframes properly means the visual stage rarely needs both.

Do you do accessibility work?

It's part of every project, not an add-on. We check contrast, focus order, keyboard navigation and touch targets against WCAG 2.1 AA before handoff.
