Writing
Notes from the work
Things we've found while auditing accounts and rebuilding sites. Written by the people doing it, and specific enough to act on.
Your Meta Ads problem is measurement, not targeting
Before you rewrite your audiences, check whether Meta can actually see who converted. In most accounts we audit, it can't — and every optimisation downstream of that is guesswork.
What a fast website is actually worth
Everyone agrees speed matters and almost nobody puts a number on it. Here's the arithmetic, using your own analytics, plus the four things that are usually responsible.
Speed to lead is the cheapest growth lever you have
No new traffic, no new creative, no bigger budget. Just answering the people who already raised their hand before your competitor does.
Migrating your existing posts
You have 41 posts on the current WordPress site, and they're the best-optimised pages on the domain. Add them to src/data/company.ts in the same shape as the three above, or point this route at your existing WordPress REST API — the template will render either. Keep the original URLs and 301 the old ones so none of that ranking is lost.
Rather talk than read
Bring us the actual problem
Thirty minutes and a free first-pass audit will tell you more about your account than any blog post can.
