Workflow Automation

Zapier and Make workflows that delete your busywork

Every business runs on a set of small manual transfers: copying a lead into the CRM, chasing an invoice, updating a spreadsheet nobody enjoys. Individually they take four minutes. Collectively they take a day a week, and they're the ones that get skipped when things get busy.

Starting from

Small automation sets start at $900. Full operational builds are scoped after the process audit.

What you get

Everything in scope, listed

No line item here is an upsell later. If something isn't on this list, we'll tell you before we start, not after.

  1. 01

    Process audit

Every repeated manual task, with the hours it costs — so we automate in value order.

  2. 02

    Integration build

Connected workflows across your CRM, forms, billing, storage and comms tools.

  3. 03

    Error handling

Retry logic, fallback paths and alerts, so a silent failure can't go unnoticed for weeks.

  4. 04

    Data sync

Records kept consistent across systems, with a defined source of truth per field.

  5. 05

    Documentation

A written map of every workflow: what triggers it, what it touches, how to pause it.

  6. 06

    Monitoring

A monthly health check on run volume, failures and cost per task.

How we work on this

Three things we do differently

01

Automate in value order

We measure how often each manual task runs and how long it takes, then build the highest-cost one first. It funds the rest.

02

Assume it will fail

APIs go down and payloads change shape. Every workflow we build has retry logic and an alert path, because a broken automation nobody notices is worse than no automation.

03

Leave a map behind

Undocumented automation becomes a haunted house within a year. Every workflow gets written documentation your team can follow without us.

Before you ask

Questions we get on every call

If yours isn't here, the FAQs page covers more — or just ask us directly.

What if our tools don't have a native integration?

Most gaps close with a webhook or a small custom API step, which we can build inside Make or n8n. If a tool genuinely has no API, we'll tell you that rather than building something fragile.

Who pays for the Zapier or Make subscription?

You do, on your own account, so the workflows remain yours. We'll right-size the plan — clients are often on a tier three times larger than their task volume needs.

How do we know it's still working?

Failure alerts go to a channel you choose, and the monthly health check reports run volume and error rate. Silent failure is the main risk with automation, so we design against it.
