FAQs

The answers, before you have to ask

Everything below is a question we get on calls. Publishing them means you can rule us in or out without spending your afternoon on it.

01

Working together

Where are you based?

Our registered office is at 1500 N Grant St, Denver, CO 80203, and we work with clients across the United States. The team is distributed, which is how we cover both US business hours and overnight turnaround.

What size of business do you usually work with?

Mostly companies between $1M and $30M in revenue, big enough that marketing has a real budget and a real cost of failure, small enough that decisions don't take a quarter.

How do we start?

A 30-minute call. We'll ask what you're trying to move and what you've already tried. If we're not the right fit we'll say so on that call and, where we can, point you somewhere better.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes, routinely, before any commercial detail is discussed. Send yours or use ours.

02

Scope and pricing

Why is your pricing published?

Because a discovery call is a poor way to find out someone's budget doesn't match your rates. The numbers on the pricing page are real starting points, not anchors we intend to negotiate up from.

Is ad spend included in the retainer?

No. You pay Google and Meta directly from your own account so you keep the billing relationship, the account and the historical data. We never mark up media.

What's the minimum engagement?

Retainers start at three months. Project work, a website, a funnel, a design system, carries no ongoing commitment.

Do you charge for the initial audit?

The first-pass audit that comes with a proposal is free. A deep technical audit delivered as a standalone document is billed, and credited in full against the project if you proceed.

03

Websites and development

Do we own the code?

Entirely. The repository transfers to your organisation at launch, no licence, no lock-in, no hosting requirement. The site keeps working if you never speak to us again.

Can you rebuild our site without losing search rankings?

Yes, and it's the normal case. We map existing URLs, preserve the ones carrying traffic, redirect the rest, and snapshot Search Console before and after so the migration's impact is provable.

How fast will the site be?

We target a Largest Contentful Paint under 2.5 seconds on throttled 4G mobile and a Lighthouse performance score above 90. If a build doesn't hit that, it isn't finished.

Do you offer maintenance?

Yes, hosting, updates, backups, monitoring and a monthly change allowance. It's optional and priced separately, never bundled into a build to inflate it.

05

Automation

Our GoHighLevel account is a mess. Rebuild or repair?

Usually repair, and usually cheaper. We audit what exists, keep what works, delete the duplicates, and rebuild the rest. Most cluttered accounts contain three half-finished versions of the same workflow.

Do you resell GoHighLevel sub-accounts?

No. You hold the subscription in your own name so the asset stays yours. We work inside it as a user.

What if an automation breaks?

Every workflow ships with retry logic and a failure alert to a channel you choose. Silent failure is the real risk in automation, so we design against it and check run health monthly.

06

Payments and support

How does billing work?

Projects are 50% to start and 50% on launch. Retainers are billed monthly in advance. We invoice in USD by bank transfer or card.

What's your refund policy?

Work already completed isn't refundable, and unstarted work is. The full terms are on our Refund & Service Policy page, in plain English.

How do we reach you day to day?

A shared Slack channel for retainer clients, email for everything else. We reply within one business day, and we tell you when we can't.

Not covered

Ask us the awkward one

If there's a question you'd normally save for the third call, ask it first. We'd rather find out early that we're not a fit.

Start here

A 30-minute call, and an honest answer

We'll ask what you're trying to move and what you've already tried. If we're not the right fit, we'll say so on the call and point you somewhere better where we can.
