Accessibility Statement

1. Our standard

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA across techloinno.com. It's the same standard we build to for clients, and a page that misses it isn't finished.

2. What we've built in

• Text and controls meet AA contrast on every background. Body text and buttons are well above the minimum.
• Everything can be reached and used with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline and a skip-to-content link on every page.
• Each page has one H1 and a logical heading order, and landmarks for navigation, main content and footer.
• If your device is set to reduce motion, smooth scrolling, scroll effects and animations are switched off completely, and all content shows in its final state.
• Text stays readable when zoomed to 200%, and the layout reflows on small screens without scrolling sideways.
• Forms have visible labels, say clearly what went wrong, and announce status messages to screen readers.

3. How we test

We run automated checks with axe-core against WCAG 2.1 A and AA, with each page scrolled through so animated content is tested in its final state, and re-run them after any change to the animation layer. Automated tools catch only some problems, which is why reports from people using the site matter, and why the next section exists.

4. Known limitations

• The booking calendar on the Schedule page is embedded from Calendly, and its accessibility is controlled by Calendly. If it doesn't work for you, email or call us and we'll book a time directly.
• Some decorative background animation can't be paused separately, but it switches off entirely with your device's reduced-motion setting, and none of it carries content.

5. Tell us about a problem

If something on the site is hard or impossible for you to use, please tell us. Say which page it was on and what happened, and mention the browser or assistive technology you were using if you can. We'll reply within one business day, give you the information or service another way in the meantime, and fix the page where we can.
