Social Media Management

A social system your team can actually keep running

Most social engagements die about four months in, when the agency's calendar stops matching how the business actually works. We build the system rather than just filling the calendar: templates, an approval flow, and a cadence your team can sustain once we hand it over.

What you get

Everything in scope, listed

No line item here is an upsell later. If something isn't on this list, we'll tell you before we start, not after.

  1. 01

    Channel audit

Which platforms actually reach your buyers, and which are costing you time for vanity metrics.

  2. 02

    Content pillars

Three or four repeatable themes, so nobody is inventing a post from scratch on a Monday.

  3. 03

    Template library

Editable post and story templates in your brand, built so a non-designer can use them.

  4. 04

    Content calendar

A month scheduled ahead, with an approval flow that doesn't need a meeting.

  5. 05

    Community management

Comments and DMs answered inside a defined window, escalated to you when they're a lead.

  6. 06

    Reporting

Reach and engagement, but also traffic and assisted conversions in the same dashboard as everything else.

How we work on this

Three things we do differently

01

Fewer channels, done properly

Two channels posted consistently beat five posted occasionally. We'll usually recommend dropping at least one platform, and we'll say which.

02

Build the system, not the month

Pillars, templates and an approval flow mean the calendar keeps filling after the engagement ends. A month of posts is a deliverable; a system is an asset.

03

Connect it to the same numbers

Social sits in the same dashboard as paid and organic, with UTM discipline, so you can see what it contributes rather than arguing about it.

Before you ask

Questions we get on every call

If yours isn't here, the FAQs page covers more — or just ask us directly.

Do you create the content or just schedule it?

We create it, using your material where you have it. Where you don't, we'll tell you what to film or photograph rather than filling the gap with stock.

Can our team take it over later?

That's the design. The templates, pillars and calendar are yours, and the handover includes a recorded walkthrough. Plenty of clients run it themselves after six months.

Which platforms do you cover?

Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok. We'll recommend a subset rather than all four — spreading a small content budget across every platform is the most common way social fails.

How do you measure it?

Reach and engagement for the platform view, plus UTM-tagged traffic and assisted conversions in the same dashboard as your ads and organic. Social rarely converts last-click and we don't pretend otherwise.
