AI Agents

AI agents that answer, qualify and book

Most AI agent demos work because the demo data is clean. Yours won't be. We build agents inside your own CRM, grounded in your real pricing and policies, with every message logged — so you can read exactly what it said before you let it near a customer.

What you get

Everything in scope, listed

No line item here is an upsell later. If something isn't on this list, we'll tell you before we start, not after.

  1. 01

    Use-case mapping

Your real inbound volume, the questions that repeat, and an honest read on what belongs with a human.

  2. 02

    Knowledge grounding

Fed from your own pricing, policies and service pages, so it stops inventing answers when it doesn't know one.

  3. 03

    CRM wiring

Contacts, stages, tags and calendar booking written back to GoHighLevel or your existing stack.

  4. 04

    Escalation rules

Written thresholds for handing to a person, plus the fallback path when an integration is down.

  5. 05

    Transcript review

A weekly read of what it actually said through the first month, and prompt changes off the back of it.

  6. 06

    Handover and training

A recorded session, the full prompt library, and documentation so your team can change it without us.

How we work on this

Three things we do differently

01

Scope it before you trust it

We write down what the agent will and won't handle before it goes live, and it escalates rather than guesses at the edge. An agent that says 'let me get someone' is worth more than one that improvises confidently and wrongly.

02

Ground it in your own words

The agent answers from your published pricing, policies and service pages rather than from general knowledge. If the answer isn't in the material we fed it, it doesn't have one, and it says so.

03

Supervised before autonomous

Week three is a live run on a fraction of inbound with a human reading every transcript. It takes everything only once the transcripts are boring.

Before you ask

Questions we get on every call

If yours isn't here, the FAQs page covers more — or just ask us directly.

Will it say something wrong to a customer?

It can, which is exactly why scope is written down before launch and why it escalates instead of guessing. The agent is grounded in your own pricing and policies, it hands to a human outside that, and every transcript is reviewable. We read them weekly for the first month.

Does it replace our sales team?

No, and we'd argue against it if you asked. It takes the first sixty seconds and the 9pm enquiry your team was never going to answer, then hands over a qualified conversation. The selling stays human.

Who owns the agent and the prompts?

You do. The accounts are in your name, the prompt library is handed over in writing, and the documentation is written so your team can change it without calling us. Nothing is locked to a reseller account.

How long until it's live?

Two to three weeks for a first agent on one channel. Week one is scope and grounding, week two is build and internal testing, week three is a supervised live run on a fraction of inbound before it takes everything.
