Running delivery for an agency, across seven disciplines

Lyfework sells the work and owns the relationship. We are the team that delivers it: landing pages, paid media, SEO, video, GoHighLevel implementation and the project management that holds it together, across their own marketing and their client roster.

What we delivered

  • Landing page design and development
  • Meta Ads management
  • SEO
  • Video editing
  • GoHighLevel implementation, including integrations and A2P registration

The situation

Where they started

A white-label fulfilment relationship is a different problem from a direct engagement. The agency has already made promises before the work reaches us, so we inherit the deadline rather than negotiating it.

Seven disciplines running at once, across the agency's own marketing and several of their clients, means the constraint is rarely any single skill. It is the coordination between them: a landing page waiting on video, a campaign waiting on a pixel, a pipeline waiting on A2P approval.

A2P 10DLC registration in particular is a queue nobody controls. Anything depending on outbound SMS has to be sequenced around an approval that arrives when it arrives.

What we did

Three moves that mattered

  1. 01

    One team across every discipline

Build, paid media, SEO, video and CRM sit with the same team rather than being subcontracted outward separately. When the tracking, the landing page and the follow-up are the same machine, one team owning all three removes the handoffs where agency work usually fails.

  2. 02

Project management as a deliverable, not overhead

Because the agency is answering to its own clients, status has to be legible to them without a translation step. Project management is scoped as part of the work rather than absorbed into it.

  3. 03

    A2P sequenced first

Registration starts at the beginning of a GoHighLevel build rather than when the pipelines are ready for it, so the approval window overlaps the build instead of following it.

The result

What changed

  • Lyfework carries delivery capability across seven disciplines without hiring into any of them.
  • Work spanning build, media and CRM stays with one team, so the seams between them get handled rather than negotiated between vendors.
  • Outcome figures for this engagement have not been supplied yet.
