Tracking, creative and a follow-up system that runs itself
Delivered through Lyfework. Three pieces that only work together: a Meta pixel configured so the platform can actually see who converted, creative built to be tested rather than admired, and a nurture system in GoHighLevel that follows up without anyone remembering to.

The situation
Where they started
Paid media into a practice fails in a specific order: the pixel is wrong, so the platform optimises against a blurred picture; the creative is untested, so there is nothing to learn from; and the follow-up is manual, so the leads that do arrive go cold.
Healthcare adds a constraint most accounts do not have. What may be sent, and what may appear in an event payload, is narrower than in other verticals, so the tracking has to be built around that rather than retrofitted to it.
What we did
Three moves that mattered
- 01
Pixel first, spend second
Event configuration was settled before scaling spend. A campaign optimising toward a conversion the platform cannot match is paying to learn the wrong thing, and that cost compounds every day it runs.
- 02
Creative built to be tested
Designed as variants against a single message rather than as one finished asset, so the account produces a readable result rather than a subjective opinion about which version looked better.
- 03
Follow-up as a system, not a habit
Nurture and follow-up sequences live in GoHighLevel, so the first response does not depend on who is at a desk. Speed to lead is the most reliable predictor of whether an enquiry converts, and it is the part most practices leave to good intentions.

The result
What changed
- Meta can attribute conversions to real people, so delivery optimises against a signal rather than a guess.
- Every inbound lead enters a defined sequence instead of an inbox.
- Outcome figures for this engagement have not been supplied yet.
